Adding Value through mobile services aggregation

Mobile is the center of our web experience more and more. Working a project on Mobile Financial and payment strategy it strikes me how many in the ecosystem thing they are the lynchpin and 0thers need to work with them vs. building 1+1=3 value.

If the mobile accesses the web and every part of your customers experience is separate Apps/services, where is the value of mobile?  Let’s go back to Context and the user experience thinking!  Pull your head out of your narcissistic a$$

Strategic Product Management for stat-ups is difficult I understand. Start-ups need to believe they are changing the world and that their idea will be the future next great thing everyone will want. Then when reality hits they back up and think about partners and ecosystems and channels and distribution…..

Mobile demands aggregation! What is your API strategy?? How will you share and get customer data? How will your customers move across partner applications to experience your value? Many experiences are 1+1+1+1……. Who are, What the other ones?

Mobile Web Revenue!

Just because it is said does not mean it is true! How many times have you heard the mobile web is not a revenue generator? Most think it is only a “To Do”, Ugh!

Phone data + User information = Great User Experience and Revenue!

Today you drive revenue on the web through cross sell, Up sell, Suggestive sell… You allow users to see data and take action… What are the limitations of Mobile that force Marketers to leave behind all their great online marketing practices? …..Do not follow the heard!…. They are wrong…….

5o9inc delivers a Web App for mobile that overcomes old Mobile data limitations thinking. Like a sign-on, cookie, secure credit check out, 5o9 can deliver user and device data that allows Marketing to do more than they do on the PC today.

Be a leader and jump in to the potential of a new level of robustness in online marketing on the mobile that can even be ported to the PC and drive a new level of customer satisfaction then Revenue!

Box? No-Box?

Its’ the experience Stupid!

Just a quick item from real life! While rebuilding the PC I needed to uninstall and reinstall the security software.  The mostly good experience had a major slip of logic. After uninstalling the software in preparation for a re-install the major security software company suggested I go to YouTube to view a really great video they created on how to re-install? So there I am security naked, after being mugged by a hacker and the company suggested I go surfing around the internet!  Please let me get dressed first! I just wanted the steps!  Continue reading
