The consistent threads are that there needs to be someone who listens both inside and outside, collects data, structures and valuates that data then fights, argues, compromises until everyone walks away and takes part in a shared vision.
Shared visions are fluid and diverse. So what is shared then? Visions are shared but often not the same cross individuals and it is the product leader that herds these ideas into a manifestation that is only a version for public consumption!
